Role & responsibilities

Job Role : Compression/Coating/Inspection-Supervision 1. To follow the production plan and work accordingly. 2. 3. To check BMR against SAP BOM and verify the quantity dispensed as per BMR. To coordinate with and take follow-up from QA Department regarding Line Clearance, in process checks, sample collection and its release for further process. 4. 5. 6. To make online SAP entries. To maintain dies and punches inventory record. To maintain online documentation related to production activities like BMR, log books & daily records. 7. 8. To ensure Preventive maintenance and calibration activities as per schedule on time. Completion of BMR and all related documents & in- process checks as per product status & requirement as defined in BMR. 9. Effective manpower handling by proper allocation & maintaining the quality norms as per company policy. 10. Execution of equipment qualification and maintain equipment qualification and requalification documents. 11. To review BMR as and when required. 12. To prepare and revise standard operating procedure as and when required. 13. To comply with the requirement of technical audit. 14. Associate with contract giver during process validation and scale up batch in new products. 15. Identifying need and procurement of new equipment's, accessories and spares keeping productivity, quality and safety in mind. 16. To ensure the safety of personnel, product and equipment before & during operation. Job Role : Dispensing Supervision (RM) 1. To follow the production plan and work accordingly. 2. 3. 4. 5. To coordinate with RM Store regarding dispensing of planned batches. To check BMR against SAP BOM and verify the quantity for dispensing as per BMR. To check cleaning, temperature, RH and differential pressure before dispensing as per BMR. To check Product name, batch no., batch size, material name, material code, material batch no., material AR No. gross weight, tare weight, net weight of material which to be dispensed. 6. To ensure the dispensing of correct material and quantity as per BMR. 7. To check the storage of dispensed raw material in double polythene bag/ in well closed container with proper label. 8. 9. To maintain online documentation related to dispensing activities. To ensure the safety of personnel, product and equipment before & during dispensing operation. 10. To maintain a high degree of moral and discipline. Job Role : Encapsulation Supervision 1. To follow the production plan and work accordingly. 2. 3. To check BMR against SAP BOM and verify the quantity dispensed as per BMR. To maintain capsule change part inventory record.

To maintain sieve, screen, FBD/FBE bag inventory record. To maintain online documentation related to production activities like BMR, log books & daily records. 7. 8. To ensure Preventive maintenance and calibration activities as per schedule on time. Completion of BMR and all related documents & in- process checks as per product status & requirement as defined in BMR. 9. Effective manpower handling by proper allocation & maintaining the quality norms as per company policy. 10.
