Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct post-purchase calls to customers to gather Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) feedback and ensure a seamless after-sales experience.
  • Record and analyze feedback, sharing insights with sales and operations teams to enhance service quality.
  • Manage Instagram queries (DMs & comments), ensuring prompt, brand-aligned, and empathetic responses.
  • Maintain a structured feedback log for continuous service improvement.
  • Escalate issues or concerns to relevant teams for quick resolution while keeping the customer informed.
  • Monitor brand mentions, comments, and customer interactions on social media platforms to safeguard brand reputation.
  • Support the online sales and marketing team by highlighting recurring queries, FAQs, and potential leads from Instagram.

Experience

  • Fluent in English, Humble tone,
  • Fresher will also work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
