Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an ORM - Content Quality Check Executive. The daily tasks include reviewing and ensuring the quality of web content, developing content strategies, writing, managing online reputation, and content management. The ORM specialist will also be responsible for maintaining high communication standards with the team and clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Web Content Writing, Writing, and Content Management skills
• Experience in developing Content Strategy
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
• Proven experience in online reputation management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
