Organizational Change Management - Manager

As a Manager in the People Consulting - Change Management team at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), you will have the opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organization and play a key role in supporting clients in aligning their HR function with organizational plans while prioritizing employee experience. You will be responsible for establishing change management expertise within the practice, leading a team of specialists, and enabling the delivery of change management strategies for global transformation programs. Your role will involve providing guidance as a subject matter expert, managing project risks and economics, and developing thought leadership to enhance the practice's capabilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR service areas to provide insights on strategic and operational performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establish change management expertise within the practice and lead a team of specialists - Enable delivery of change management strategies for global transformation programs - Provide guidance as a subject matter expert and work effectively within program teams - Ensure high-quality deliverables through internal reviews and client feedback - Manage engagement risks, project economics, escalations, and planning - Develop thought leadership, tools, techniques, and methodologies - Collaborate with global offices and generate demand for change management projects - Counsel and coach team members, conduct performance reviews, and support learning and development - Collaborate with HR service areas to provide strategic insights **Qualifications Required:** - Postgraduate degree with specialization in Human Resources - 12-16 years of relevant experience - Experience in leading change management efforts on global client projects - Track record in designing and implementing medium-large scale change programs - Experience in managing delivery teams and providing career development guidance - Experience in learning design, content development, and project lifecycle management - APMG, PROSCI, or equivalent certification is desirable - Knowledge of HCM cloud technologies and project management,
