Order Processing Associate

Role Overview: At Bruker, you will be part of a team that enables scientists to make breakthrough discoveries and develop applications that enhance human life quality. Key Responsibilities: - Manage purchase order information (POI) through SFDC. - Timely creation of sales orders in SAP post technical and commercial clarification. - Ensure issuance of PI and OC adhere to SOX compliance. - Communicate with subsidiaries, trading partners, and customers regarding order details and deadlines. - Collaborate with different teams to efficiently fulfil orders. - Create and process export documents and permits for international transactions. - Archive all order-related documents. - Handle customer and order-specific data for reporting. - Work on two shifts as required. Qualification Required: - B.Com/M. Com/MBA/BBA or relevant qualification preferred. - Minimum two years of relevant work experience. - Experience in sales operations and international business is beneficial. - Strong attention to detail and quality. - Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues independently. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM (SFDC). - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Self-motivated with a team player attitude. - Previous experience in a multinational company preferred. - Proficiency in English language.
