Order Management Specialist

As an Order Management Specialist for Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) PG, your role will involve handling priority deliveries to support customers in meeting their targets. Your key responsibilities include: - Booking orders using SAP - Managing address change requests from customers - Supporting order forecasting based on trends - Coordinating with the operation department to assist customers with production status, priority deliveries, delivery delays, and invoicing - Providing order acknowledgments to track the status of orders - Generating invoices for orders and verifying them, including handling disputes - Managing escalations from customers/clients - Preparing and sharing reports/trackers to monitor daily volume and team productivity - Interacting with clients/customers daily to discuss areas of improvement - Conducting pre-shipment and case management audits To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in BE or B.Tech - 4-8 years of experience - Working knowledge of SAP - SAP R/3 (ERP) - Experience in case management in SalesForce CRM - Strong communication and customer handling skills - Ability to prioritize and handle high workload capacity - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) By living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, you will take responsibility for your actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.,
