1 Responsible for timely transactional processing of New Installation sales orders in VIEW (internal ERP) and SAP
2 Verify if data in the system is according to signed contracts and to TKE policies
3 Register Order Intakes in SAP in a structured way
4 Extract & send relevant Reports to internal customers or management, as & when the situation demands
5 Must be proficient in MS Excel and SAP modules
6 Coordinates with branches in case of deviations in order booking process for timely resolution to achieve order booking targets before month-end deadline
7 Must be a good team player and open to cross training
