Order Execution Professional- eMobility

Role Overview: We at Smart Infrastructure Division in Siemens Ltd. are looking for a dynamic and driven order execution professional to join our eMobility team. Your role will involve leading the end-to-end execution of EV charging infrastructure projects, with a focus on electric bus/truck depots and public charging stations across India. You will ensure seamless project delivery, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction by actively engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end execution of EV charging infrastructure projects, especially for electric depots and public charging hubs. - Ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction through active site engagement and coordination. - Develop detailed order execution plans, allocate resources, and conduct periodic project reviews. - Interface with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth execution. - Review and validate technical documents and ensure compliance with standards and specifications. - Proactively identify risks and manage claims and changes to ensure project success. - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to drive decisions and resolve conflicts. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred). - 4-6 years of experience in project execution, preferably in EV infrastructure, electrical systems, or industrial installations. - Familiarity with the eMobility ecosystem and public infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
