Order Coordination Senior Specialist

As a member of the VinFast team, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the distribution and logistics of automotive parts and accessories. Your primary duties will include processing distributor and dealer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery to market warehouses. Additionally, you will be coordinating global logistics operations to support smooth market operations and managing parts availability for global campaigns by collaborating with regional teams. Furthermore, you will play a key role in resolving dealer and distributor parts complaints by providing excellent support and ensuring proper follow-through on all issues. To excel in this role, you should possess strong coordination and supply chain management skills. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this position. While prior experience in automotive parts or accessories logistics is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or similar platforms, will be beneficial.
