Taleo Configuration & Customization: Hands-on experience in setting up, configuring, and customizing Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding modules to align with organizational requirements.Recruitment Workflows & Best Practices: Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, hiring workflows, candidate lifecycle management, and compliance requirements.Integration & Data Management: Expertise in Taleo Connect Client (TCC), web services, and APIs for seamless integrations with HR systems, ERP, and third-party applications.Reporting & Analytics: Proficient in Taleo reporting tools, data extraction, and creating dashboards/metrics to support talent acquisition insights and decision-making.
