Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud OTM and GTM modules, including transportation planning & execution, rate and freight management, event visibility, freight payment & billing, and ERP integrations.
Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, and conceptual-to-functional translation.
Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), design and configure business workflows, perform functional testing (SIT/UAT), and assist in user training and adoption.
Provide post-implementation support by troubleshooting issues, adapting to changes, and managing global stakeholder expectations.
Uphold project governance by managing deliverables, timelines, and ensuring seamless communication with US-based clients

Skills Required:

6+ years in Oracle SCM domain, with 4+ full lifecycle implementations of OTM and/or GTM.
Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) expertise
Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) knowledge
End-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementation skills
Transportation planning and execution
Freight and rate management
Event visibility and freight billing
ERP integration knowledge
Requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis
Conference Room Pilot (CRP) facilitation
Functional testing (SIT/UAT) execution
User training and adoption support
Post-implementation troubleshooting and stakeholder management
