Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Cloud SCM modules (e.g., Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Supply Planning, Manufacturing).
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and service requests within defined SLAs.
Work closely with business users to understand requirements and implement process improvements.
Configure SCM modules and manage setups aligned with business needs.
Support month-end activities, data validation, and transaction corrections.
Coordinate with Oracle support and technical teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and patch testing.
Document functional processes, workflows, and training materials.
Assist with testing, UAT, and deployment of new features or releases.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM Functional support.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud modules (Inv, PO, OM, WMS, MFG, Planning).
Solid understanding of SCM business processes and integrations.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and propose solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience in Oracle EBS to Cloud migration.
Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and debugging.
