Oracle SaaS Technical Lead

As an Oracle SaaS Technical Lead with more than 7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative cloud solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with customers to understand their technical requirements, leading development teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Role Overview:** You will collaborate with customers to gather and analyze business and technical requirements, providing expert guidance on Oracle SaaS solutions. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a development team to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner. Your role will involve designing and implementing scalable, high-performance technical solutions using Oracle SaaS technologies. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using BIP and OTBI, managing Sandboxes, performing configurations, and implementing personalizations tailored to business needs. Furthermore, you will work across Finance and SCM modules, ensuring effective solutions are delivered by understanding core business processes and taking complete ownership of development deliverables. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with customers to gather and analyze business and technical requirements - Lead and mentor a development team for timely delivery of high-quality solutions - Design and implement scalable, high-performance technical solutions using Oracle SaaS technologies - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BIP and OTBI - Manage Sandboxes, perform configurations, and implement personalizations tailored to business needs - Work across Finance and SCM modules to understand core business processes and deliver effective solutions - Take complete ownership of development deliverables to ensure alignment with customer expectations **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SaaS technical roles, particularly with Oracle Fusion Applications - Strong expertise in BIP & OTBI report development, Sandbox management, and implementing Personalizations - Excellent communication skills for direct customer interactions - Proven ability to lead teams and manage full-cycle project delivery If you have experience in Oracle PaaS services beyond OIC & VBCS and exposure to Oracle BPM for process automation, it would be considered a bonus.
