We are looking for passionate, customer-centric sales professionals to drive adoption, activation, and expansion of Oracle Universitys Learning Subscriptions — ensuring our customers succeed, renew, and grow with us. What You’ll Do: Champion Customer Success: Build strong, lasting relationships with training administrators and key stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction. Drive Renewals & Expansion: Proactively manage subscription renewals, identify at-risk accounts, and uncover upsell opportunities. Deliver Learning Impact: Help customers activate, adopt, and realize full value from their Oracle Learning Subscriptions. Consult and Advise: Act as a trusted advisor, orchestrating internal teams and resources to meet customer learning goals. Manage Your Business: Accurately forecast renewals and expansion opportunities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Be a Voice for Customers: Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve our learning experience. What We’re Looking For: Years of experience in Customer Success , SaaS/Cloud Sales , or Subscription Renewals . Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive measurable outcomes. Experience working with international markets is a plus. Strong communication, presentation, and consultative skills. Basic understanding of cloud technology and enthusiasm for lifelong learning. Ability to manage complex account situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for customer success and a team-first mindset.
