Oracle Projects Costing Analyst

As an Oracle EBS Projects Costing and Billing Expert, your role will involve leading the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Projects Costing and Billing modules. You will be analyzing business requirements, customizing costing and billing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful Oracle Projects implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Projects Costing and Billing modules. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Projects solutions. - Customize and optimize costing, billing, and revenue recognition processes in Oracle EBS. - Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, and Project Management. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to projects costing, billing, and invoicing. - Assist with upgrades, patches, and enhancements to Oracle Projects modules. - Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders. - Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for customizations. Required Skills: - Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Projects Costing and Billing modules. - In-depth knowledge of project accounting principles and related business processes. - Experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Revenue Recognition is a plus. - Understanding of Oracle Financials and Procurement modules is preferred. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field. - Oracle certifications related to Projects or Financial modules are a plus. - Experience working in Agile or waterfall project environments.
