Job Title: Oracle OTM/GTM Consultant Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle OTM/GTM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Logistics, with a strong focus on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of the implementation lifecycle, the ability to lead as a consultant, and hands-on experience with configurations, data conversions, and RICE components. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients on business process enhancements, advising and leading on best practices. Map business processes to delivered Oracle OTM/GTM functionality, document detailed requirements, and configure application functionality. Assist with comprehensive testing cycles, including supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post Go-live Hypercare. Support and facilitate workshops across various phases of the project, including process, design, configuration, test, and validate. Lead cross-functional discussions to analyze complex requirements and brainstorm effective solutions. Demonstrate expertise during Discovery sessions to gather robust business requirements and conduct thorough Fit-Gap analysis. Prepare and manage project document deliverables such as Configuration Guides, Process flows, User Stories, Test scripts, and Testing documentation. Mandatory Qualifications: 8+ years of experience with Oracle OTM/GTM, specifically in Oracle Cloud Logistics. 6-8 years of hands-on experience in implementing Fusion Cloud OTM/GTM modules. Strong understanding of the implementation lifecycle and proven experience as a lead consultant for Oracle OTM/GTM. Extensive experience with end-to-end functionalities of GTM, including Trade compliance screening, Sanctions screening, License Management, and Agents. Extensive experience with end-to-end functionalities of OTM, including Shipment Planning, Shipping Networks, Freight settlement, Rates, Container Planning, Customs handling, and Landed Cost. In-depth integration knowledge with other modules in Oracle Cloud such as Order Management, Inventory, and Shipping/3PL. Experience of at least one end-to-end Oracle GTM/OTM Cloud implementation. Hands-on experience in Configurations, Data Conversions, and working on RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements) component design and build. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to design and deliver robust solutions. Highly committed, ownership-oriented, and a strong team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills (e.g., MS PowerPoint). Excellent client-facing experience. Bachelor's Degree in a technical field. Availability to join immediately or within a 15-day notice period. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle GTM/OTM Certification. Experience working on multiple Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud implementations.
