Oracle OTM Functional Consultant

As a member of the Hitachi Digital Services team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's bold vision of transforming the world through digital solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your expertise in OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) functional skills to successfully deliver OTM processes and ensure customer satisfaction. Here is what you can expect in this role: **Role Overview:** - Utilize your OTM functional expertise with a minimum of 8+ years of experience and 2+ full-cycle OTM implementations - Manage at least three projects as a Function/Solution Lead - Possess relevant industry experience in 3PL/4PL or freight forwarding business - Interact with business users, gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, map requirements to OTM, design solutions, configure applications, and conduct conference room pilots - Responsible for successful delivery of OTM processes and ensure customer satisfaction - Manage stakeholders of customer organizations effectively **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with customers and provide inputs in solution design - Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written & verbal) - Build rapport with stakeholders using strong interpersonal skills - Present ideas and solutions clearly and concisely - Showcase strong analytical skills and be a team player **Qualifications Required:** - Proven expertise in OTM functional area with a minimum of 8+ years of experience - Experience in managing at least three projects as a Function/Solution Lead - Relevant industry experience in 3PL/4PL or freight forwarding business is an added advantage - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) are mandatory - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders - Strong analytical skills and a team player Join us at Hitachi Digital Services, where you will be part of a global team of innovators dedicated to co-creating meaningful solutions to complex challenges.
