Oracle OTM Functional Consultant

Role Overview: You will be a part of Hitachi Digital Services, a global digital solutions and transformation business with a vision to power good and future-proof urban spaces, conserve natural resources, protect rainforests, and save lives. Your role will involve working in a strong, diverse, and collaborative team of technology professionals to empower clients to securely store, manage, and modernize their digital core, unlocking valuable insights and driving data-driven value. Key Responsibilities: - Provide OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) functional expertise with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience and 2+ full-cycle OTM implementations. - Manage at least three projects as a Function/Solution Lead. - Interact with business users, gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, map requirements to OTM, design solutions, configure applications, and conduct conference room pilots. - Ensure successful delivery of OTM processes, customer satisfaction, and service quality. - Manage stakeholders of customer organizations effectively. - Work with customers and provide inputs in solution design. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written & verbal), interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with stakeholders, present ideas and solutions clearly and concisely, strong analytical skills, and be a team player. Qualifications Required: - Relevant industry experience in 3PL/4PL or freight forwarding business is an added advantage. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders. - Ability to present ideas and solutions clearly and concisely. - Strong analytical skills and a team player.
