Oracle OTBI Reporting Specialist Finance, Projects & Payroll Location: Remote, India Employment Type: Fulltime Start Date: Immediate Experience: 5 to 8+ years Notice Period: 2 Weeks - 1 Month Must undergo background check verification References will be checked Key Skills: Oracle OTBI Reporting Specialist, Oracle Cloud Financials, Projects and Payroll Job Summary: We're looking for an experienced Oracle OTBI Reporting Specialist with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, Projects, and Payroll . This role requires hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing complex OTBI reports. Youll work closely with functional leads, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver critical insights through custom reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop advanced OTBI reports across Oracle Cloud Financials, Projects, and Payroll modules Translate business requirements into optimized OTBI and BI Publisher reports Work with functional and technical teams to identify reporting gaps and propose solutions Troubleshoot, debug, and fine-tune OTBI reports for performance and accuracy Create and manage dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc reports Ensure data security, accuracy, and compliance in all reporting outputs Document report logic, metadata usage, and data mappings for audit and reuse Train users and support UAT when needed Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud OTBI and BI Publisher Proven success in developing reports across Oracle Cloud Financials, Projects, and Payroll Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data models, subject areas, and reporting architecture Hands-on with SQL and data joins relevant to OTBI Ability to work independently and deliver in high-pressure environments Strong communication and collaboration skills Interested candidates, Please share your updated MS word resume to akondru@buxtonconsulting.com Thanks & Regards, Amar Kondru Buxton Consulting akondru@buxtonconsulting.com Cell: +91- 9177691640
