Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Flexible Work Timings Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Oracle Communications OSM Job Description: We are looking for an Application Developer with proven experience in Oracle Communications Order and Service Management (OSM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications that meet business and process requirements while mentoring junior team members and driving technical decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle OSM Collaborate with the team and manage overall development activities Take responsibility for technical decisions and ensure alignment with business goals Provide innovative solutions across teams and guide implementation Lead the team to deliver high-quality applications on time Troubleshoot and debug application issues Mentor junior team members to grow technically Primary Skills: Must-Have: Proficiency in Oracle Communications Order and Service Management (OSM) Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Application development using Oracle technologies Good knowledge of Database concepts and SQL Hands-on experience in debugging and troubleshooting applications Share Resume With Below Details: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Preferred Location: Send Resume To: navaneetha@suzva.com Contact: 9032956160
