Job Description

As an Oracle NetSuite Specialist, your role will involve providing subject matter expertise on NetSuite functionality, processes, and industry solutions. You will be responsible for translating complex business problems into actionable, scalable solutions and defining requirements for customizations, integrations, and enhancements. Collaboration with stakeholders to manage scope, expectations, and deliverables is a key part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will guide customers on NetSuite leading practices for implementation and optimization, communicate effectively with both technical and functional teams, prepare documentation and solution designs, and manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously. Supporting and mentoring project team members when required is also expected from you. Key Responsibilities: - Provide subject matter expertise on NetSuite functionality, processes, and industry solutions. - Translate complex business problems into actionable, scalable solutions. - Define requirements for customizations, integrations, and enhancements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to manage scope, expectations, and deliverables. - Guide customers on NetSuite leading practices for implementation and optimization. - Communicate effectively with both technical and functional teams. - Prepare documentation, solution designs, and presentations for stakeholders. - Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously. - Support and mentor project team members when required. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Thorough knowledge of NetSuite application functionality and industry processes. - Strong experience in requirements gathering and solution design for NetSuite implementations. - NetSuite product certification is a plus. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work both independently and in collaborative teams. - Proven experience managing scope, timelines, and client expectations. - CA, ICWA certification or a Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS (Masters degree/post-graduate coursework preferred). - Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and multitasking skills.,
