Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle MDM Consultant with expertise in Customer Data Management (CDM) Implementation . The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, particularly in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle CDM for enterprise-wide data governance and master data strategy. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) solutions. Design and develop data governance frameworks , data integration strategies, and master data management workflows. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define data models, hierarchies, and standardization rules . Implement data quality, deduplication, and enrichment processes for better customer data integrity. Configure Oracle MDM Hub, Data Governance Studio, and Hierarchy Management for effective master data management. Develop and optimize data validation, cleansing, and consolidation processes to maintain high data accuracy. Provide expertise in Oracle MDM tools , including Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM) and Oracle Data Quality (ODQ) . Work closely with ETL, BI, and Integration teams to ensure seamless data flows across enterprise applications. Support Oracle MDM upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimizations . Train and mentor business users and stakeholders on Oracle CDM best practices.
