Oracle HCM Techno functional consultant

As an Oracle HCM Techno functional consultant with TekWissen, you will be responsible for providing expertise in Core HR and Workforce Compensation modules. Your role will involve utilizing your knowledge and experience to enhance the Oracle HCM system for our global client based in Chennai. Certification in Oracle HCM is preferred for this position. You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM, specifically in areas such as OTBI, Fast Formula, BIP, SQL, and Oracle Applications. Proficiency in Oracle workforce compensation will be crucial for success in this role. Additionally, experience with HCM implementations and a strong understanding of Core HR processes will be valuable assets.
