Your future duties and responsibilities
. Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations, and scheduled jobs. . Develop and deploy custom applications using Oracle PaaS, including Visual Builder, Process Automation, and Integration services. . Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements and deliver robust solutions. . Create and manage HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Publisher reports to support HR data needs. . Customize Oracle HCM Cloud using Sandbox environments and configure Workflows to automate business processes. . Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of integrations and customizations. . Monitor and maintain integration performance and resolve issues proactively. . Stay updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and implement relevant enhancements.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
. Oracle Cloud certifications in HCM and Integration. . Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Payroll Batch Loader (PBL). . Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. . Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
