Oracle HCM Technical Developer

You have 7 to 8 years of relevant experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying HCM Extract, Oracle BI, and OTBI reports. You will also be involved in testing and executing HCM Data Loader for HCM business objects and conducting POCs based on customer requirements. Your main task will be to deliver technical solutions that align with the business requirements provided by the client. As an Oracle HCM Technical Developer, you should have hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader, creating Oracle BI & OTBI & Template reports, understanding Oracle HCM table concepts, and enhancing HCM Extract and Fast Formula. Exposure to functional Oracle Recruitment modules, Oracle SQL queries, Tableau reports, and managing customer meetings are also essential for this role. Strong communication skills are a must to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
