Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Oracle HCM Senior Functional Consultant at ValueVerse Consulting. As a consultant in this role, your responsibilities will include providing advisory services and support for Oracle HCM Cloud-related modules, specifically in ORC. You will work with clients to ensure successful adoption and implementation of the Oracle HCM Cloud product suite. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM (ORC) implementation and support Strong technical skills and functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, specifically in ORC. Demonstrated ability to lead sessions with clients to gather requirements, create design documents, and configure the system according to client needs Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus Immediate Joiners are preferred Mandatory Key Skills Oracle HCM Cloud,Oracle HCM Functional Consultant,Oracle Cloud HCM*,ORC*
