REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

6+ years in
Oracle HCM Cloud
Must have 23+ full-cycle implementations
Expertise in Core HR module
Strong functional knowledge of HCM processes
Ability to create functional design documents and troubleshoot issues
Familiarity with OTBI / BI SQL
Excellent communication and client-facing skills

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge of
fast formulas

Experience with Kronos
Exposure to
security configuration

Lead and support HCM processes, drive implementations, and collaborate with technical teams. Conduct workshops and training for clients.
