Role Overview: As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant at EY, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM solutions for the group. Your role involves closely working with internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements, configuring the Oracle HCM system, and ensuring successful implementation and integration of the solution. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and support Oracle HCM solutions including Core HR, JML, and Recruitment - Execute at least 2 full life-cycle Core HR + Oracle Recruiting cloud (ORC) implementations for Global Customers with a presence across the globe - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements - Perform end-to-end configurations and prepare configuration guides - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and design solutions within the Oracle Fusion HCM framework - Coordinate with the technical team for timely Data Migration completion, validation, and testing of Data Migration objects - Develop comprehensive testing strategies and oversee their execution - Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills - Possess Oracle Cloud certifications (preferred) Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 4 years in Fusion HCM Functional Consultant role - 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM solutions - Ability to work on Core HR, JML, and Recruitment modules - Experience in designing, configuring, and testing applications - Strong communication and presentation skills Additional Company Details: EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society, and fostering trust in the capital markets.
