largest IT Company Globally is hiring in large Numbers Call: 7738402343 Mail: divyani@contactxindia.com Role & responsibilities Oracle HCM Fusion Functional - OTL Implementation Location - Bangalore/ Pune / NCR Exp - 4 to 9 years Skills - Experience with the business processes in Oracle HCM modules, particularly good knowledge on Oracle Fusion Time and Labor - Understanding of integration points between Cloud Time and Labor with other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Absence, Payroll etc.) - Understanding of detailed OTL configuration flow and structure. - Knowledge on Work shifts, Work schedules, Scheduler profiles - Expertise in Payroll and Project Time Card configuration including Time Repository Rules. - Ability to configure Time Entry and Calculation Rules, Web Clock and Time Device Configuration, Scheduling etc. - Hands on experience in writing fast formulas, especially Time and Labor is preferred. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple task on assignments. - Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills. - Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. - Ability to work well in a team environment. - Ability to lead & coach team members and lead calls with on shore/client. Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree with MBA is preferred. - Prior experience with functional Oracle HCM implementation and participation in 4 or more Time and Labor Go-live. - Oracle Cloud Certified candidate in Core HR and Time and Labor is preferred.
