Job Description

ORACLE HCM

LOCATION - Remote

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as:

Core HR
Payroll
Absence Management
Talent Management
Recruitment
Learning
(as per project scope)

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
Develop and maintain
HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher reports
, and workflows.
Perform
data migration
activities including HDL (HCM Data Loader) and spreadsheet loaders.
Provide
post-implementation support
and resolve user issues.
Work on system upgrades, testing, and change management.
Ensure compliance with
HR policies, data security, and regulatory requirements
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration with payroll, finance, and other applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in
IT, Computer Science, or HR-related field
(or equivalent experience).
3+ years
of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or E-Business Suite HCM modules.
Strong knowledge of
HCM configuration, business processes, and workflows
.
Experience with
HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and BI Publisher
.
Familiarity with
HCM Data Loader (HDL)
and data migration.
Good understanding of
HR processes
and compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) in relevant modules.
Experience in
integration with third-party systems
.
Knowledge of
OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
.
Exposure to
Agile/Scrum
project methodologies.
