Job Description

Oracle Benefits experience. It is part of the HCM suite. The resource will need to be able to configure the Oracle Benefits Module. This is mostly a functional person.

 

Role Description:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Benefits.
  • Good knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud Suite (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management preferred).
  • Proven ability to configure benefits plans, eligibility rules, rates, and life events.
  • Experience with full lifecycle implementations is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
