Job Description: Oracle Benefits experience. It is part of the HCM suite. The resource will need to be able to configure the Oracle Benefits Module. This is mostly a functional person. Role Description: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Benefits. Good knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud Suite (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management preferred). Proven ability to configure benefits plans, eligibility rules, rates, and life events. Experience with full lifecycle implementations is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
