Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time Primary Skills: Oracle GTM (Global Trade Management) Techno-Functional Consultant Full-Cycle Implementation Experience Functional Design & Configuration OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) Process Understanding On-Prem to Cloud Migration Experience (Preferred) Gap Analysis & Solution Design Testing & Deployment Oracle GTM Cloud Certification (Preferred) Global Trade Domain Knowledge We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical and functional expertise along with a solid understanding of transportation and global trade processes. Key Responsibilities: Act as a Functional Consultant with 5 - 8 years of experience in GTM full-cycle implementations. Manage at least 3+ projects as a Function / Solution Lead. Conduct feasibility analysis & create POCs to help design the best-fit solutions. Develop Configuration Documents based on business requirements. Identify gaps in application functionality and work with Oracle/client to provide optimal solutions. Lead solution development, including testing and deployment activities. Facilitate the design of workarounds for identified gaps. Prepare detailed design documents, use cases, test cases, and technical documentation. Provide support for GTM Cloud quarterly releases. Support On-Premise to Cloud migration initiatives. Work with Oracle GTM Cloud and OTM modules as part of project scope. Engage with stakeholders to drive the solution delivery process. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 5 - 8 years of Oracle GTM project experience. Managed at least 3 projects as Functional / Solution Lead. Excellent understanding of transportation management & global trade processes. Strong experience with Oracle GTM Cloud. On-Premise to Cloud migration experience is a strong plus. Proficient in gap analysis, solution design, and configuration documentation. Strong understanding of testing and deployment lifecycle. Oracle GTM Cloud Certification is a plus. Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills.
