Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Oracle Golden Gate Kafka Freelance Corporate Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training sessions, developing training materials, and providing consulting on Oracle HR, Oracle Applications, and Integration processes. Other tasks include conducting workshops, facilitating virtual training, assessing trainee progress, and providing constructive feedback to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Process and Consulting
• Proficiency in Oracle HR and Oracle Applications
• Knowledge of Integration skills and processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in corporate training is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
