3-6 yearsWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Project to Close Functional Senior IT Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud (PPM) modules, with a very good understanding of DevOps methodologies. The role involves leading cross-functional discussions at various levels with business users to analyse requirements, brainstorm, articulate solutions, and recommend industry best practices to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management Cloud (PPM). modules implementation.
- Conduct system configurations, testing, and user training as needed.
- Analyse Oracle Fusion enhancements, change requests, and support activities.
- Schedule, review, and approve production deployments, working with Global Deployment/Release leaders.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime as part of post-go-live operational support.
- Follow JCI's Major Incident Management process to address any critical issues (P1/P2) by engaging the right teams.
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion PPM modules.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on Oracle Fusion functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion enhancements and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a can-do approach.
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a reactive high-pressure environment.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management and other modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple Fusion instance problems in parallel.
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or industry, including:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion modules, including Project Costing, Project Execution, Contract Management.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PTC) and ERP solutions, with a strong background in functional configurations.
- Proven track record in PPM, particularly in drop shipment process implementations.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion functional configuration and solutions for small- and large-scale initiatives across the globe.
- Production support experience (at least consecutive 1 year in Cloud applications).
- Ability to write simple SQL-based reports for troubleshooting without technical team assistance.
- Basic understanding of cloud integration (FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs) and proven problem-solving methods.
- Proficiency in Office 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Visio, SharePoint).
