Job Locations - Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune (Long Term Onsite Opportunity)

Oracle ERP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations or upgrades across functional and technical streams.
Develop detailed project plans and manage delivery methodologies in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Coordinate with Finance, SCM, HCM, integration, data migration, and reporting teams.
Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and quality.
Ensure adherence to Oracle implementation methodologies (AIM, Oracle Cloud Method).
Provide regular status updates, steering committee reports, and stakeholder communications.
Liaise with external vendors, system integrators, and internal teams.
Oversee testing, cutover planning, go-live, change management, and post-production support.
Ensure project compliance with security, audit, and governance policies.

Key Skills & Experience:

7+ years of ERP project management experience, with 3+ years specifically in Oracle ERP (Fusion).
Proven track record of leading at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementation.
Functional knowledge in at least one domain (Finance, SCM, or HCM).
Strong understanding of SDLC and project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing cross-functional teams across geographies and vendors.
Knowledge of data migration, conversions, and middleware/integration is a plus.
