As an Oracle Fusion Middleware Lead/Techno Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading a team of technical professionals to ensure the successful delivery of integration and middleware projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Administering, configuring, and managing Oracle Fusion Middleware components such as WebLogic Server, SOA Suite/OSB, ADF applications, and BI Publisher/BI Reports. - Leading end-to-end SOA/OSB integrations, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and deployment activities. - Managing ADF application deployments, runtime performance, and issue resolution. - Handling the creation, modification, and performance tuning of BI Publisher reports. - Overseeing installation, patching, upgrades, clustering, backup/restore, and high-availability configurations of Fusion Middleware environments. - Monitoring and ensuring platform stability, performance, and security compliance. - Collaborating with functional teams for requirement analysis, design, and solution architecture. - Providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices across integration and middleware activities. In terms of leadership and people management, you will be responsible for: - Leading and mentoring a team of 10+ technical engineers specialized in Middleware, SOA, ADF, and BI. - Planning and allocating work, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of projects. - Conducting regular performance reviews, capability building, and technical upskilling for the team. - Driving process improvements, automation, and quality assurance within the team. - Coordinating with cross-functional and client teams for delivery management and issue resolution. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - 12-15 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware and Integration technologies. - Strong hands-on knowledge in Oracle WebLogic Administration, SOA Suite/OSB, ADF application support, and BI Publisher/BI Reports. - Experience in managing enterprise integration landscapes. - Strong expertise in Unix/Linux, scripting, and deployment automation tools. - Proven experience in team leadership/people management. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-resolution skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Good communication skills.
