Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect

As an Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience, you will be responsible for leveraging your very strong HR domain knowledge to optimize the Oracle HCM platform. Your role will involve understanding best practices for configuration customization and ensuring the security of Oracle HCM. Your expertise in Core HR functionality and high-level understanding of modules like Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Skills, and Learning will be crucial for driving the architecture and reducing the application and integration footprint through consolidation. You will also be expected to define standards for process, data, and security within the HR domain. In this role, you will utilize your technical and functional skills in Oracle HCM to create reports using tools like BIP, OTBI, and FDI. Additionally, you will lead activities such as functional review, testing, data conversion, and integrations on behalf of the client. Your experience in test management, test case preparation, execution, and documentation will be essential for ensuring the successful implementation of HCM projects. Your responsibilities will also include data validation, working on interface impact analysis, coordinating with downstream system owners, and conducting end-to-end integration testing. Furthermore, you will be required to drive technical design sessions for integrations and provide support in training on all HCM modules.
