In this role, you will utilize your technical and functional skills in Oracle HCM to create reports using tools like BIP, OTBI, and FDI. Your experience in test management, test case preparation, execution, and documentation will be essential for ensuring the successful implementation of HCM projects. Your responsibilities will also include data validation, working on interface impact analysis, coordinating with downstream system owners, and conducting end-to-end integration testing. Furthermore, you will be required to drive technical design sessions for integrations and provide support in training on all HCM modules.
