Oracle Fusion HCM - Technical Manager

As a Oracle Fusion HCM - Technical Manager at LTIM, you will be responsible for managing and guiding the team on various technical activities related to Oracle Cloud HCM and Peoplesoft. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Utilizing technical functional skills in Oracle HCM for modules such as Core HR, Recruitment, Security, Integrations, Reporting, and Analytics. - Creating BIP, OTBI, and FDI reports in Oracle HCM. - Leading activities such as functional review, verification of modules, and HCM project deliverables on behalf of LTIM. - Conducting testing tasks including test management support, preparing test cases based on business scenarios, executing test cases in DEV and SIT environments, documenting test results, and reporting test results. - Performing data validation and data conversion tasks, with a good understanding of various HDL Loaders. - Handling integrations tasks related to Core HR, Recruitment, Security, Integrations, Reporting, and Analytics. This includes working on interface Impact Analysis, coordinating with downstream system owners for integration testing, and driving technical design sessions for integrations. - Providing support in training on all HCM modules. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 16 to 19 years of experience in technical delivery management, with expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM and Peoplesoft. - Proficiency in creating reports and conducting testing activities. - Strong knowledge of data validation, data conversion, and integration testing. - Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with the team and stakeholders.
