Job Description

As an experienced professional with 5 to 8 years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Assist in assessing the technical feasibility against business requirements. - Define the technical design document based on the functional design or business requirements. - Collaborate with the functional team to build prototypes. - Develop code packages and manage migration to different environments. - Proficient in creating HSDL based Spreadsheet loaders. - Ability to utilize OBTI for creating analysis reports of simple to medium complexity. Your technical skills and knowledge should include: - Writing fast formulas for calculations, validations, and element configurations. - Balance initialization and validation of formulas. - Familiarity with HCM Data Loader, HDL, HCM spreadsheet data loader, and HSDL.,
