We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant (Saudi-specific) with deep expertise in Middle East payroll processing, Fast Formula, and Core HR modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading payroll solution design, configuration, and implementation for clients in Saudi Arabia , ensuring compliance with local labor laws and payroll policies. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud Saudi Payroll Configure and maintain Fast Formula for payroll calculations, eligibility, and absence plans Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements, design scalable payroll solutions, and ensure regional compliance Support Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent Management modules Perform system testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) Deliver documentation, knowledge transfer, and user training sessions Travel to client locations in Saudi Arabia as project demands Required Skills: Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud – Payroll (Saudi Arabia) Fast Formula development & troubleshooting Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent Modules Strong understanding of Middle East payroll policies & compliance Ability to deliver high-performance, real-time solutions in fast-paced environments Excellent client-facing and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (preferred) Experience with multiple full-cycle implementations
