We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant with expertise in the Core HR, Absence, and Payroll modules to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll modules, providing techno-functional expertise and solutions that optimize business processes and ensure compliance with payroll regulations. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure the system, and provide ongoing support to users. This is a remote/offshore position . Our client is one of the largest semi-governmental entities in Dubai, UAE . This role is on a renewable contract basis initially set for 12-months . We are looking for a Consultant who can manage requirements to deliver individually with minimal support from team . Key Responsibilities: System Configuration : Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Payroll modules to meet client-specific requirements, including earnings, deductions, tax, and other payroll-related configurations. Business Analysis : Work with clients to gather business requirements, identify gaps, and translate them into functional specifications and technical design. Payroll Processing : Assist in the setup, testing, and running of payroll processes, including resolving issues, ensuring accurate calculations, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Integration : Support the integration of Oracle Fusion Payroll with other HCM modules (Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor) and third-party systems. Data Migration : Lead or assist in data conversion and migration activities, ensuring accurate transition from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion. Testing : Develop test cases, perform unit and system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and performance of payroll solutions. Support & Troubleshooting : Provide post-implementation support to resolve issues and improve system performance. Troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies. Reporting : Develop and configure payroll reports using Oracle Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) to meet client needs and compliance requirements. Documentation & Training : Create functional documentation, process flows, and user guides, and deliver training sessions to end-users. Compliance : Ensure that payroll configurations comply with relevant local, state, and federal payroll regulations and tax laws. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT or related field. 6+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Payroll. Experience in end-to-end payroll implementation projects. Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and statutory compliance. Techno-functional expertise. Proficiency with Oracle Fusion HCM modules, such as Payroll, Core HR, and Absence. Familiarity with integration tools (HCM Extracts) and reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI). Understanding of data migration techniques and payroll interfaces. Expertise in HCM Extracts and Alerts. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll Cloud certification. Experience in multi-country payroll implementations. Knowledge of other Oracle HCM modules like Time & Labor, Absence Management, or Benefits.
