Role Description

This is a full-time Remote opportunity for an Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Consultant. As a Functional Consultant you’ll work with the latest technologies and regional / global organizations on projects that are driving the future of those organizations and need to transform their business processes. Our consultants are expected to be innovative, demonstrate creativity in enabling solutions, demonstrate collaboration with clients and deliver exceptional client value. 

: Full Time Engagement (Remote location)

Required Modules:

• Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)

• Absence Management

• Payroll (Preferably experience of USA/North America payroll)

Key Skills and Experience:

5 to 9 years of relevant experience

minimum of 2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations

·       Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral) with focus on presentation skills.

·       Experience in leading Human Capital systems implementations.
