Mandatory experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Learning module implementation Technical Expertise areas like BI/OTBI Reports, HCM extracts, Fast formula and HDL/HSDL and functional expertise in Core HR and Learning Extensive Knowledge on underlying database structure for HCM Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Extensively worked on BI Publisher reports, Migration and Workflow components Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle Cloud HCM applications Must have a thorough understanding of the SDLC Ability to operate successfully in a multi-tasked environment, with periods of pressure Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, incorporate innovations, and stay up to date with industry and business directions Experience working with an onshore/offshore delivery model Team player with demonstrable ownership of issues and ability to escalate when necessary
