The role of an Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Consultant at Volto Consulting involves providing technology consulting, engineering/IT services, and contingent workforce services for various industries. In this full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for tasks such as business process mapping, oracle applications implementation, and integration activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include offering functional expertise, consulting on Oracle HR and Oracle applications, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver tailored solutions using Oracle Fusion Financials. The ideal candidate for this role should possess expertise in business process mapping and consulting skills, along with experience in Oracle HR and Oracle Applications. You should have skills in system integration to ensure seamless connectivity between different applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Financials or similar ERP systems.
