Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead
end-to-end implementation
and support of Oracle Fusion Finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Expenses.
Act as the
functional lead
engaging with hospitality finance stakeholders (Hotel/Resort Finance Controllers, Accounts Teams, Procurement & F&B departments).
Conduct
workshops and requirement gathering sessions
; translate requirements into functional specifications.
Configure and optimize Fusion Finance modules in alignment with
hospitality-specific processes
(daily revenue postings, multi-property accounting, vendor payments, etc.).
Collaborate with SCM and HCM teams for
cross-module integration
.
Drive
CRP, UAT, and Go-Live
activities; deliver user training and knowledge transfer.
Provide
post-go-live support
, troubleshoot functional issues, and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with
local accounting standards, IFRS, and internal audit policies
.
Mentor junior consultants and oversee finance workstreams on projects.

Preferred candidate profile

8 to 12 years
of Finance domain experience, including at least
6-7 years in Oracle Fusion Finance
.
Strong expertise in:

General Ledger (GL), AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses
Multi-currency and multi-entity financial setups
Hospitality-specific processes (Revenue recognition, F&B cost accounting, daily property-level accounting).

Proven experience in
leading Oracle Fusion Finance implementations
.
Good understanding of
integrations with SCM and HCM modules
.
Experience in statutory compliance, taxation, and reporting frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
