Oracle Fusion Field Services Consultant

You will be an experienced Oracle Fusion Field Services Consultant joining our dynamic team. Your expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), Fusion Field Services (FFS), and their integration with Oracle Cloud ERP modules is crucial. Your role will involve hands-on experience in field service scheduling, dispatch, technician tracking, and mobile configuration, along with a deep understanding of SCM, Procurement, and PPM modules. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing and configuring Oracle Field Service Cloud and Fusion Field Services modules. - Managing scheduling, dispatch, and tracking for field operations. - Developing and managing integrations between OFSC/FFS and other enterprise systems. - Customizing and developing forms within OFSC/FFS applications. - Supporting UAT, testing, and production rollout. - Providing configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the application. - Working within Agile teams, ensuring clear documentation and timely delivery. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, and Project Management. - Engaging directly with clients for requirement gathering, solution presentation, and issue resolution.
