Oracle Finance Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end Oracle AGIS implementation

  for US/MX and US/PR entities.
• Conduct workshops with finance, accounting, and compliance teams to gather requirements.
  
• Design intercompany transaction flows (initiator/recipient, transaction processing, approvals, settlements).
  
• Configure AGIS modules:
  
• Intercompany Accounts & Rules
  
• Transaction Types
  
• Balancing & Eliminations
  
• Legal Entity / Ledger Relationships
  
• Integrate AGIS with

  Oracle GL, AP, AR, and Cash Management

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  cross-border tax, FX, and intercompany reporting requirements

  .
• Develop functional specifications for customizations, reports, and interfaces.
  
• Support

  data migration, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization

  .
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to troubleshoot issues.
  
• Provide

  knowledge transfer and end-user training

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• 710 years of experience in

  Oracle EBS R12 / Fusion ERP Financials

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Oracle AGIS

  design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of

  GL, AP, AR, SLA, and Intercompany Accounting

  .
• Experience with

  cross-border intercompany processes

  (US/MX, US/PR preferred).
• Good understanding of

  tax, FX translation, and revaluation

  in intercompany accounting.
• Strong SQL/reporting skills for reconciliation and data validation.
  
• Proven record in

  functional design, configuration, testing, and training

  .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with

  Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Financials

  .
• Knowledge of

  SOX compliance & intercompany audits

  .
• Exposure to

  RPA/automation tools

  for reconciliation/reporting.

• Spanish proficiency

  (advantageous for US/MX engagements).
