Job Description : Oracle Finance Functional Consultant

We are seeking a talented Oracle Financial Functional Lead with expertise in AP (Accounts Payable), GL (General Ledger), CE (Cash Management), CM (Credit Management), FA (Fixed Assets), and Expense modules. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Financial modules in our organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience of 10-15 years as an Oracle Financial Functional Lead, with a focus on Core Finance, AP, GL, CE, CM, FA, and Expense modules.

  • At least 5-7 end to end Implementation as a Lead for Finance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financial applications, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 or later versions and cloud solution.
  • Strong experience with Enterprise Structure and R2R Processes, O2C Processes & Features, Cash Management Bank Statement import, Payables, Wire batch payments etc.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite) preferred.
  • Team Management:

  • Manage a team of consultants, solution designers, and developers to ensure the effective delivery of Oracle Fusion solutions for Oracle Finance.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals and client expectations.
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively, overseeing the team's tasks and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure quality assurance and project timelines are met while maintaining a high level of team morale and collaboration.

Client Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the entire project lifecycle, from initial engagement to post-implementation support.
  • Understand client business needs, requirements, and pain points, and translate them into Oracle Fusion-based solutions that deliver tangible business value.
  • Manage and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Lead client workshops and discovery sessions to gather detailed requirements and refine solution designs.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including optimization recommendations and training to ensure that clients maximize the value of their Oracle Fusion investments.
